This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and [Patrick Ridd] (“Licensor”), governing your use of the "Remote Control for TV" iOS application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on an iOS device that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App, in whole or in part.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others, including their privacy, intellectual property, or proprietary rights.
• Use the App for illegal purposes or in any way that violates Telegram's terms of service.

3. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights in and to the App (including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, and software code) are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or any of its features, enhancements, or modifications.

4. Updates

Licensor may provide updates or modifications to the App from time to time to improve performance, add new features, or fix bugs. You agree that Licensor has no obligation to provide any updates or support and that such updates may be automatically installed without notice.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the App, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of information as outlined in the App’s Privacy Policy. Licensor may collect data, including but not limited to usage analytics, crash logs, and device information to improve the functionality of the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective from the time you download or use the App until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you violate any terms herein or if Licensor ceases to offer the App. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App and destroy any copies of it in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Licensor's total liability exceed the amount paid for the App (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction] for any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding its subject matter.
